Temporarily stop taking new quotation requests
Recently, you might have noticed Buynosaur being less responsive. Don’t worry. We’re not extinct! We’ve been so busy with current quotations, orders, and shipping that we wish we had more hands (it’s okay they’re short).
We apologise to customers who haven’t heard back from us for days, and that we haven’t included as many jokes and GIFs as before. Buynosaur is excited that gulls flocked to us because of our customer service. Sadly, we’ve to stop taking new quotation requests for now to focus on our current orders and shipping, which need the most attention. Hopefully, we’ll resume taking requests next week.
Buynosaur isn’t closing or running away from our customers. We know we’re overloaded, so we don’t want to disappoint any of the amazing you with our sluggish responses. Thank everyone for the support and brilliant replies. You’re the reason that we’re doing this with joy.
